Protest and public meeting to highlight the continuing conditions Of Republican POWs in Maghaberry prison and the continued internment without trial of Martin Corey on Saturday 13th October 2012. The protest will take place on Shop Street between 1-3pm with the meeting afterwards in the Imperial Hotel in Eyre Square between 4-6pm. The main speaker for the meeting will be Cait Trainor from Armagh.
Republican Sinn Féin Galway will be organising a protest and public meeting to highlight the continuing conditions endured by Republican POWs in Maghaberry prison as well as highlighting the continued internment without trial of Martin Corey on Saturday 13th October 2012. Martin's case is being ignored by the mainstream media and pickets/protests like this are the only way to try and bring it to public attention.
