Should a Right-wing, reforming government gain power at the next election, it will face the full resistance of the Blob. The 2023 ousting of Dominic Raab is instructive in how this will run, says Dr David McGrogan.

Hunting Hounds Killed whilst out hunting on the railway tracks in kilkenny

category kilkenny | animal rights | press release author Sunday January 12, 2014 13:54author by Bernie Wright - Association of Hunt Saboteurs /AOHSauthor email bigbrownrat at gmail dot comauthor address AOHS po box 4734. D1author phone 0872651720 Report this post to the editors

Kilkenny Hunt pack dogs involved in train accident.

SATURDAY at 5pm.
The AOHS have just received information from a Waterford train employee that a pack of hounds hunting across the train tracks have been apparently mowed down by the 2.50 Waterford to Dublin train.

We are currently seeking conclusive proof about this incident!!!!-we now have some more on this.

It happened apparently in the area of Mullinavat and the train accident happened at approximately 3.20 pm this afternoon at Mulinavat.

As it is Saturday we presume it was the Kilkenny foxhounds hunt, who hunt every Saturday at 11am. This has yet to be confirmed. They would normally meet at 11 am.

However we know that a hunt met today at the Rising Sun Pub as the pub staff have just confirmed. They however know nothing of the accident.

Gardai in Moincoin were not informed.

*Rising sun pub/ Mulinavat. Alternatively call 00353 (0) 51 898173 for enquires.

why do hunters cause suffering for sport
why do hunters cause suffering for sport

‘We in the AOHS are currently seeking confirmation, please conduct your own enquiries.
We wholeheartedly condemn the failure of the hunters to control the pack of hounds and to protect their welfare. The death of hounds while hunting is not an isolated incident, accidents in the past have involved road accidents, other train accidents and deaths of other animals caused by hounds out of control.
This is further proof that hunting with hounds is a danger to both animals and humans. Hunt hounds cannot realistically be controlled by hunt masters once they are on the scent of another animal. Hunting must be banned in this country for the welfare of all animals.’

We feel so sad about the suffering the hounds suffered.
