Just to mention Seosamh Ó Cuaig. . . . . .
Joe Cooey won’t be contesting re-election to Údarás na Gaeltachta or Galway County Council.
Long time Connollyite Republican activist, his full political career started with the Gaeltacht Civil Rights Movement / Coiste Cearta Síbialta na Gaeilge in the 1960’s.

Ó Cuaig does the administration on the Irish section of the Peoples Movement website, and a Trojan job he does of it too !

Ó Cuaig has spent the last few months actively campaigning for Luke ‘Ming’ Flanagan running for election to the European Parliament for the Midlands–Northwest constituency on an anti-European Union platform
