According to Labour, "all families deserve the security of a home they can afford to heat". If the party really believed that, says Ben Pile, it would drop its commitment to over-priced green energy and ramp up the gas.

North West Rising - January Events - Unite Against Medical Coercion

category national | rights, freedoms and repression | news report author Monday January 03, 2022 19:29author by North West Rising Report this post to the editors

Letterkenny - Sat Jan 8th Market Sq, 2pm

Sligo - Sat Jan 15th, Town Hall, 2pm

Donegal Town - Sat Jan 22nd, Diamond, 2pm

Derry - Sat Jan 29th, TBC, 2pm

My name is Rob De Salle I live in and work in Sligo, I started this campaign called North-West Rising with a couple of friends to Unite the Northwest of Ireland, to bring people together, vaxxed or unvaxxed, and embolden them to regain control and authority over their own bodies.

We do not, nor will not, involve any political or religious ideation in our campaign, Our one and only issue is medical coercion and the methods of medical coercion are the vaccine passport and the routine dehumanizing and vilification of unvaccinated people by the media and Irish government.

Like most of you, I too, was appalled when they introduced the vaccine passports, I knew a few local groups who had publicly opposed it and had small public demonstrations but the vast majority went along and allowed discrimination to become practice. Then our ugliest fears began to manifest it seemed, friends can’t visit sick mothers in nursing homes, reports of people being denied healthcare because they didn’t have a covid pass (this IS happening by stealth, just try and see how easy it is to get a doctors appointment), businesses requiring covid passes from children and adolescents. The sight of children being sent home from school because they kept letting their little noses free from the mask.

Our blood was boiling and none of these different businesses or organizations listened, they laughed at us when we complained . . . so we got together and protested at the local nightclub for running a teen disco and requiring passes. That day it lashed rain and hail, the wind blew through us but a little over 30 people were brave enough to show up, but what really lit this flame was the reaction from the public.

The light from peoples eyes as they drove by cheering and applauding, someone was finally speaking out about what they knew deep within them was wrong. Support started flooding in from everywhere, we began to realize just how many people there were, all these smaller isolated groups were poised ready to come together under a common cause. Bodily autonomy, informed consent, human rights call it what you will it is the only burning issue, all the topics that keep us divided no longer mattered.

So we decided to aim for a big rally, get some big names on board. Dr Anne McCloskey and a whole host of speakers with expertise in medicine, law, human rights and education agreed to speak at the rally on the 11th of December past, Most conservative estimates place the march that day at 1,000 people strong and the footage sure backs that up.

The events we have planned across the North-West this January will feature some of the most prominent, outspoken voices known to our cause with expertise in immunology, medicine and more. Please watch our campaign closely for updates and details of confirmed speakers.

We will also have musicians / live performances and a family friendly atmosphere at all schedule events through=out the month of January. The North-West is full of really good people, people of conscience who know this is so wrong and who are suffering discrimination daily. If you’re living in an area near these events and you want to be involved just get in touch with us, we are actively strategizing about how to get leaflets to certain areas and how to get people in touch with each other so if you have ideas to bring to the table lets hear it. I really hoped all this would have just gone away you know, but as time has come I know now with full certainty that it will not, not unless we put up a fight. Thank you.

Hello everyone, next Saturday 29th of January in Derry is being rescheduled to a later date to accommodate a commemoration for the victims of bloody sunday who are yet to have had justice. We will put out a video explaining that later.
