Jump To Comment: 1which they credit to the launch of a new healthy eating range of salads. I sat stoneyfaced a few weeks ago listening to a table of fashion photographer pretty young things give each other quick fix tips on european capitals- places to go, places to drink places to eat, I couldn't get my head around Mc Donald's "being the place for salad" in Dusseldorf.
One of the table, realised my discomfort, (i've long outgrown ranting at strangers) and changed the topic... to fast cars.

In the USA Mc Donalds under pressure from "supersizeme" the movie, (at link) have withdrawn their super size portions.
