To: "Is this really news at all", if you read the top bar you will see that Ed Shell to Sea posted an "opinion/analysis" piece, not a news item. He is perfectly entitled to do this. So, what's your beef?
In his analysis, Ed made salient points about the case that might be forgotten or drowned out, amid all the court jargon and Shell spin that has jointly succeeded in keeping five innocent men in jail.
Look at the picture on Indymedia Ireland of the illegal pipeline already put in place by the Companies who ruthlessly want our courts to enforce their own will and who have succeeded in doing so, despite their own flagrant lawbreaking for the sake of increased profit.
