Seo an chead cuairt do mhuintir Fheachtas Rosdumhach go dti Corca Dhuibhne. Ta se fior-thabhachtach bheith ann chun fhail amach duinn fhein cad ta ag tarlu thuas ansin, agus chun bheith cinnte nach dtarlodh an rud ceanna in aiteanna eile sa tire.

This is the first visit of people from the Shell/Rossport campaign to the Dingle area. They are joined by Sinn Fein T.D. Aengus O'Snodaigh, whose family have close contacts with the people of Corca Dhuibhne for many years now.

Aengus O'Snodaigh will give a talk on the relevance of the ideals of 1916 to people today. He will be followed by Micheal O'Seighin who will look at the Ownership of Irelands Natural Resources and lastly by Vincent McGrath, who will fill us in on the latest from the Shell To Sea campaign.

Clearly, what's happening in Rossport has a deep relevance for the rest of Ireland. What happens there can be a template for what will happen for other gas and oil finds on the West Coast.

I appeal to the people of West Kerry, Spread the word and turn out for this important talk.

This event is co-organised by Dingle Latin American Solidarity and Cumann Thomáis Ághas:
