Archbishop of Dublin calls for amnesty for immigrants

New Year Message from the Archbishop of Dublin

In his New Year message, the Archbishop of Dublin, the Most Revd Dr John Neill urged that immigrants who have been in Ireland for five years or more without their status being clarified should be given the right to stay.
