Jordan Peterson should make his mind up about Christianity, critics say. Prof James Alexander disagrees: he's a profound Jungian explorer who wants to help a secularised world see why Christianity still matters.

Mark Zuckerberg's repudiation of Covid-era censorship is welcome. But it's not enough, say Josh Stylman and Jeffrey Tucker. Without a public reckoning they will just do it all again when a cause seems urgent enough.

Thousands Killed by Governments in US, Iraq and Communist China

category international | miscellaneous | other press author Friday January 18, 2008 20:49author by Joe Report this post to the editors

The US puppet government in Iraq, headed by Nouri al-Maliki reinstituted the death penalty in 2004. Since then, they have carried out executions under the watchful eye of the United States, itself a country which kills its own citizens every year. This state sponsored murder in Iraq and the United States is however dwarfed by Communist China, where thousands are killed every year.

So far, the puppets of the United States, through the Iraqi Central Criminal Court, have sentenced more than 270 people to death. Amnesty International has expressed its worries that many of those sentenced to death by the Iraqi Central Criminal Court did not get a proper trial.

http://www.amnesty.org/en/report/info/MDE14/014/2007

The death sentence is a typical characteristic of the United States. More than 1,100 people, including women, have been executed in the United States since 1986.

Communist China is the world leader in executions. China officially acknowledged 3,400 executions in 2004. Chinese legal experts estimate up to 8,000 people were executed by the Communist government that year. Amnesty International estimates the numbers executed in 2006 to be between 7,500 and 8,000.

Women in Communist China are executed in larger numbers than in other countries. This is because the Communist Party insist on treating women the same as men under the law. It is also because offences such as adultery, prostitution, embezzlement, and ‘whoremongering’ are punishable by death in China.

So many executions are carried out in Communist China that they need mobile execution chambers, where they administer the barbaric lethal injection. The Chinese Communists use a different injection than is used in the United States.

While the worlds media goes into a feeding frenzy this year for the Beijing Olympics, spare a though for the thousands who will be killed for crimes as petty as not paying their taxes.
