Performance poetry at The Gallery Café, Gort Friday May 26th at 10pm sees a late-night performance by Marty Mulligan "When the poet Marty Mulligan takes to the stage to perform his "spoken word art" - be it in Galway, Dublin, or further afield, he makes sure he stresses to his audience that he is "Marty Mulligan - from Mullingar". So says The Westmeath Examiner interviewing this remarkable spoken-word poet, who will perform as part of the third 'The Forge at Gort' festival on Friday, March 26th at 10pm, upstairs in The Gallery Café, Gort, Co.
