NO Pipeline is EVER 100% SaFe

Pipeline Explosion in Dalian China, 165 sq miles stretch of the Yellow Sea, off the Northeastern city.
This oil was refined so it FLOATS on top, Not like the BP oil spill in the Gulf, IT was not refined so most of the oil stays under under the water.

It happens all a round the Earth, OIL + GAS PIPELINE EXPLOSIONS , But they're saying it can't here in IRELAND. Are we Really going to let this Happen here, During the past years of talking to as many people that will Talk to me, A senior pipeline engineer with over 30 years working with oil and gas pipelines stated, ( that if you have a pipeline your going to have an leak . (22%) the first year, and after 15 years (99.6%) Unreal that the oil and gas shareholders would put peoples lives at serious risk along with all the spills and pollution that goes with this madness of extracting fossil fuel.
