Pope summons issued to Papal Nuncio

Religious Abuse Truth isued a summons to the Navan Rd residence of the Papal Nuncio on Monday . The summons requires that Pope Bendeict and six accomplices attend the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) being held in London next year.

Religious Abuse Truth visited the Papal Nuncio's gaff on the Navan Rd on Monday to deliver a summons requiring Pope Benedict and six accomplices to attend a tribunal and answer questions about the church's criminal cover-up of crimes against children in their care. The summons was issued on behalf of International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) , an advocacy group seeking truth and justice for Canadian indigenous community thousands of whose children suffered brutality at religious residential schools

Founded in the 19th century, the Canadian Indian residential school system was intended to force the assimilation of the Aboriginal peoples in Canada into European-Canadian society. The purpose of the schools, which separated children from their families, has been described as "killing the Indian in the child."[

The summons was also issued at nine other international locations last weekend . It requires that Benedict Ratzinger and six senior Cardinals appear before the opening hearing of the ITCCS in London, England on Monday, April 4, 2011 to answer charges of their personal complicity in crimes against humanity.

The Cardinals named are Tarcisio Bertone, Secretary of State, Giovanni Battista Re, head of the Congregation for Bishops, Francis Arinze, Dario Castrillo Hoyos, Angelo Bagnasco, and Angelo Sodano, Dean of the College of Cardinals.

BE ADVISED that you have been listed as primary witnesses in an adjudication of a matter before this Court, which is a Tribunal of International and Indigenous Judges.

Your presence is hereby requested on Monday, April 4, 2011 at 10:00 am, at a public location to be disclosed, in the City of London, England.

Said Tribunal is convened pursuant to international Law, indigenous Tribal Law, the Rule of Natural Law and the Law of Nations. Your presence is required to participate in the examination of issues and questions regarding the following matters and charges:

1. Your responsibility and liability as fiduciary officers and Head of the Roman Catholic Church for the crimes of genocide, murder, warfare, forced removal from traditional lands, slave labor, institutionalized racism, theft of resources, child trafficking, rape and pedophilia, and other crimes against indigenous peoples and children, arising from the Indian Residential School system in Canada established by the Roman Catholic Church and the government of Canada.

2. Your failure to reply or respond to a public Letter of Demand issued to you and your Office from the Friends and Relatives of the Disappeared dated February 4, 2008, asking that you identify the burial sites and cause of death of children who died in Indian Residential Schools and hospitals in Canada run by your Church.

3. Your promulgation and enforcement of a policy of concealing, and aiding and abetting, the systemic rape of children within your Church, and your practice of enabling and safeguarding child rapists and other criminals within your Church, and of thereby perpetrating a Crime against Humanity and an international obstruction of Justice.

4. Your violation of international protocols of human rights and the Laws of nations by these and other actions and policies by your Office and your Church.

5. By these and other actions, your participation in a deliberate international Criminal Conspiracy.

You may desire to consult with your attorneys in regards to this matter, or have advocates attend the hearings with you. Written documents and materials may be submitted by you to the Tribunal, but be advised that they do not carry the same weight, or can substitute or replace, your personal presence and testimony.

BE ADVISED that any failure by you to respond to this PUBLIC SUMMONS, or to attend this Tribunal, can and will be interpreted to mean that you do not dispute or contest the charges made against you in this document, and by witnesses and other evidence, and may result in a verdict against you made in absentia.

Due to the Nation to Nation status of this issue, involving the original nations of the North American continent as holders of Allodial Title, and its concern with matters regarding international recognized Crimes against Humanity, this Tribunal and its findings will be monitored by human rights and legal specialists, and representatives of governments indigenous nations, international agencies and the media.

This Tribunal will be open to the public and the media. Its officers will submit their findings in the form of a final comprehensive report to the public, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the International Criminal Court, and government and police agencies.
