Voters of South East Dublin Come And Find The Right TD For You

Climate change, The Incinerator And Me is an event designed to offer the voters of Dublin South East a chance to hear their candidates look at long term issues. Unemployment and the economic crisis are indeed to the fore but engaged clued in voters are also concerned about the long term issues such as what type of world will their children and grandchildren live in.

Earthtalks Presents:

Climate Change,The Incinerator And Me

Voters of South East Dublin Come And Find The Right TD For You

A Special Valentine's Day Event

1.10pm on February 14th 2011
Unitarian Church, St. Stephen's Green, D.2

The proposed incinerator at Poolbeg is in many ways a unifying issue across the political spectrum which affords an opportunity for the candidates to show prospective voters their willingness to think outside of the box. This will be a lunchtime event, free in and open to all located close to many key media outlets.

Each candidate will be given three minutes to speak initially and then a minute each rebuttal before questions and comments from the floor. The event begins at 1.10pm and ends at 1.50pm.

The organisers, Earthtalks, have no political affiliations but do have a desire for climate change related topics to be discussed on the run up to this election. The moderator will be Gavin Harte,a sustainable development consultant who holds a master's degree in sustainable development.
