The Galway demo would have been called to coincide with the demonstrations taking place across Egypt. It's great to see that people outside of Dublin are organising . The Dublin demos ,as far as I can see , are being organized spontaneously by the Egyptian community and their supporters . That's what's so exciting about what is going on .

In my opinion everybody should take the initiative and support the protestors in any way they can wherever they are. As a suggestion, if you can't be at the Galway demo , organize a lunchtime discussion with workmates . Make up a poster and hang it in the canteen . Set up a stall on Saturday .
