In this article by Pepe Escobar who is reporting on the situation in Afghanistan where province after province has rapidly fallen to the Taliban, he compares the current situation to the chaotic evacuation from Saigon in Vietnam after the USA had killed at least 2 million there in a brutal war that lasted more than a decade. In the case of Afghanistan the USA and NATO have achieved zero and spent over 2 trillion dollars but in the process have further destroyed the country and killed untold hundreds of thousands of Afghans.

Now as told by Escobar the Taliban are avenging America's invasion way back in 2001 and as Kandahar the second city of Afghanistan has already fallen, the only obstacle that remains is Kabul itself and as one commentator suspects they may be hoping to take that on Sept 11th which would be a fitting slap in the face to the Empire. That though remains to be seen whether it will occur on that date but it will happen one way or another. ... read full story / add a comment

There aren't too many victories but it is important to keep chipping away and this news report from rt.com is a small victory. No doubt though the Spanish government won't give up and try some other tact. This follows another victory last month where Spain's top court ruled pandemic lockdown was unconstitutional. See here

A controversial proposal that sought to make Covid-19 passports mandatory to visit all nightlife venues, floated by the government of Andalusia, has been shot down by the top court in Spain’s southern coastal region.

The High Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) ruled on Friday against the initiative announced by the regional government earlier this week. Making health passports mandatory to visit indoor nightlife venues was deemed to be discriminatory and in violation of citizens’ privacy rights.

Craig Murray, a former ambassador to Uzbekistan, the father of a newborn child, a man in very poor health and one who has no prior convictions, will have to hand himself over to the Scottish police on Sunday morning. He becomes the first person ever to be imprisoned on the obscure and vaguely defined charge of “jigsaw identification”.

Murray is also the first person to be jailed in Britain for contempt of court in half a century – a period when such different legal and moral values prevailed that the British establishment had only just ended the prosecution of “homosexuals” and the jailing of women for having abortions.

In this case it is about the PCR tests which are the backbone of the whole thing since this is the basis for the bogus case numbers

Saturday July 24th was WorldWide Demonstration Day for Freedom and No to Vaccine Passports and hundreds of cities world wide witnessed large demonstrations against this tyranny imposed under the pretext of the Covid Plandemic. In Ireland at least 10,000 in not more turned out on the streets of Dublin and in Cork thousands turned out as well.

Naturally the mainstream lying media reported far smaller numbers but the pictures and videos both here and on numerous Telegram channels clearly show the turnout was as stated above. Thankfully the French are not taking these authoritarian police state Covid Passports lying down and there are over 175 protests going on in France. In the latest a hospital is going on strike over it as reported in rt.com. Now if something similar could happen here. Probably not as the Left have totally bought into the entire Covid fraud and once again chosen the Stalinist option of crushing individual freedom and liberty. They are now firmly on the wrong side of history.

The staff of the hospital in Montelimar, in the French department of Drome, have gone on indefinite strike to protest the new rules demanding they take a vaccine against Covid-19 by mid-September or face losing their jobs.

The strike against “forced vaccination” was announced on Thursday by the CGT-GHPP trade union, and affects some 200 doctors and 1,500 nurses in the southeastern French city.

Hundreds of them gathered outside the hospital on Friday, denouncing lockdowns and vaccine mandates and chanting “liberté!” (freedom).

“The people have woken up – at last!” declared local Gilet Jaune rebel Michelle as she watched the vast crowds assembling on the main square of Montpellier in southern France.

She has been involved with the Yellow Vest movement since the very start of the popular revolt against the Macron regime in November 2018.

Two years ago, in April 2019, another Gilet Jaune told me on the same spot, the Place de la Comédie, that France was witnessing “a turning point in history”.

Despite the vast levels of militarised repression used against the Yellow Vests, not to speak of the relentless propaganda in the mass media, the movement never abandoned the struggle.
