Gardai is a fascist organization that has lost all its credibility since March 2020.

A person who refuses to surrender a password for a mobile phone or other device to gardaí will be committing a crime and could face up to five years in prison and a fine of up to €30,000 under new legislation being unveiled on Monday.

The new Bill will create the specific new criminal offence of password refusal and the most serious cases would be tried in indictment, before a judge and jury, where the most severe sanctions would apply.

However, even in less serious cases where passwords were not supplied, a person could still be summarily prosecuted. On conviction that would carry a sanction of up to 12 months imprisonment and a fine of up to €5,000.

I agree with the fact that Gardai should scrap its name.

they certainly don't guard the piece but defend the interest of the global corporations and organizations behind the covid 19 coup since March 2020.

This new law about mobile phones shows that we now live in a fascist regime and the only solution is rebellion, insurection and armed struggle.

The Fake "PANDEMIC" has been created to implement fascist regimes all over the world, but Europe is the place where fascism is at its highest with ultra fascist regime in the UK, Germany, italy. France and soon Ireland.

Ireland has always been the servant of one or another master. People, instead of being independant submit to the English, the US or the EU...

Idiots are happy with their face diapers because pubs and shops are "open" so they can shop and drink again...

But the level of compliance to fascist rules is still so high that there is little hope for the future of this island.

And as the GESTAPO (formerly known as gardai) is given more and more powers by the day, we will soon have to take up arms to defend our lives.
