Are the Italians still generally onside on the Eggie question? Is this stunning non-participation a sign of reduced satisfaction with the eggies? In what way can the public perception of eggies be improved to pass any future referendum?
Is democracy so undermined by the italian eggie vote that we can all go home now, set up little agrarian collectives and forget about technology?
Is this an italian luddite eggie swing?
or perhaps just weather induced apathy?
Are modern pro-eggy political parties doing enough to convince the electorate that eggies are the way to go?
Would bringing back the lira help the eggies?
maybe some people just shouldn't have kids.
