Mark Zuckerberg's repudiation of Covid-era censorship is welcome. But it's not enough, say Josh Stylman and Jeffrey Tucker. Without a public reckoning they will just do it all again when a cause seems urgent enough.

Free Pat O Donnell’ Banner in New York

category mayo | miscellaneous | news report author Wednesday March 10, 2010 16:11author by NIFC - National Irish Freedom Committeeauthor email nifcmem at optonline dot net Report this post to the editors

FREE PAT NOW

Pictures and video of actor/writer Malachy McCourt, US Senate candidate Randy Credeico, Radop Free Eireann Hosts John McDonagh and Sandy Boyer along with various activists from the NIFC holding the 'FREE PAT - HELD HOSTAGE BY SHELL'' banner, as well handing out information about S2S can be viewed at the website linked below. Don't know how to get them posted here but if anyone else does please feel free to do so. Victory to the people of Mayo!

Free Pat O Donnell’ Banner in New York

Sporting ‘A Free Pat O Donnell’ banner, the Shelltosea campaign made its first appearance in New York on Sunday March 7th at the all inclusive St Patrick’s Day Parade in Queens.

The response and enthusiasm by the people in attendance was most heartwarming. A surprising number of people had already heard about the unlawful jailing of the ‘Chief’ O'Donnell (as many called him) and said that they would stay in touch and help with the campaign in America.

A great deal of credit must go to WBAI’s Radio Free Eireann (RFE),show on Saturdays 1.00-2.30pm, Zabby’s Women’s Perspective on WUSB (Stonybrook) Mondays 1-2pm and to Cumann Na Saoirse’s Naisiunta (National Irish Freedom Committee) website www.irishfreedom.net for the extensive coverage given thus far to Shelltosea campaign in Ireland.

John Mc Donagh RFE radio show introduced the Shelltosea activists and the banner to Malachy McCourt who was most complimentary and very supportive as was US Senate Democratic candidate Randy Credico and many other leading activists in attendance.

This was a great start to what promises to be a long campaign, but judging by the initial response a well worth while campaign.

More Shelltosea activists are scheduled to appear on the aforementioned media sites along with video and audio clips on www.irishfreedom.net
